Kejal Jain is a young interior designer who has been in the design field for 4 years now. She truly believes that there is immense scope for improvement and each day in this field is a new learning experience. One can never be completely updated about the design field, there is always something to learn. We at H2Designo are today sharing her Salon project which she did in her college life. The Concept for this project was Pop Contemporary.
As seen above in the plan, the concept is kept very minimalistic and contemporary and life has been added to it by the perfect Green added to it in the perfect manner. A salon is a place where more than the product a service sells hence it was important to make sure the salon gives a relaxing and soothing experience to the clients. Also a salon has a varied target audience of all age group. It was thus important to make sure that the interiors please the entire clientage.
Partitions have been created in a manner that they maintain a certain level of privacy yet keep the space quite airy. The zoning is done wisely without creating too much clutter and keeping the space rather luxurious. The green has not been overused. It has been used in the right quantity and places so that its importance is maintained.
The waiting area has been kept simple yet classy. We love the backlit highlights, the photo frame and the greens. A salon could not have a better waiting zone. It has been spaced out perfectly but yet kept quite calm and simple.
The massage room is one space where a person wants to relax and leave all odds behind. The no colour in the room gives a very pleasing feel. The black and white combination has never gone wrong with anyone. Quite contemporary, creating the calm environment quite needed for the massage. We feel the salon has been worked upon very well. Its simplicity at its best. The traffic circulation and the zoning is also done in an apt manner. We thus wish Kejal All the very Best for her future.
